This unique immersion week combines surf coaching at all levels, therapeutic and bodywork activities including yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and embodiment practices to support you in your growth and raise your awareness. This way you can truly heal from past experiences. Add in to the mix delicious meals to meet all dietary requirements and of course lots of ‘stoke’ from the Surf Therapy Team for a week to remember.
Throughout the retreat you will discover the benefits for your body, mind and soul thanks to surfing, therapeutic interventions, bodywork, meditation, and yoga. After this retreat you will feel more free within your own body and mind. During this week the team invites you to take a close look at what’s holding you back in life from getting what you long for deep down inside.
Also, working in a group provides you with a lot of support from fellow participants. They become your ‘tribe’, your safe space so you feel you can grow.
We work on an evidence based approach and there is tonnes of clinical research demonstrating that surf therapy contributes to good general and mental health. Surf therapy has been used to treat conditions and experiences such as
