We feel that surf & yoga is the ultimate combination with good & healthy plant food. The week offers a great combination of relaxation and personal development. The surf will challenge you physically and mentally. Our yin yoga is focused to soften the body.
Plant food is a big chapter of the week. During simple but effective workshops we are going to cook tasty plant-based meals with local and seasonal products.
Not only will you learn a lot about food, Ayurvedic basic principles and new recipes, you will also enjoy all the healthy benefits that come along!
This is why I, Petra, am so passionate to teach you how to integrate a plant-based diet into your life-style. Even only a change to a 50% plantbased diet has a huge impact! It can truly transform you, make you feel stronger and bring you in touch with your values.
As a chef I will teach you the basics: how should your pantry look like, how to use the right type of spices and how to prepare simple but delicious dinners that contain all the elements you need. Are you struggling with your weight or feeling down because of the wrong eating habits? Then this week might help you kick-starting a new way of eating!

The first day is all about relaxation. I will cook a nice dinner to make you feel home. During the dinners I will explain the basic principles of my philosophy on food.

Today we are going to dive into the wonderfull kitchen of spices.I will explain the basic Ayurvedic principles and will make you familiar with some of my favorite spices and how to create a delicious ayurvedic meal. In the Ayurvedic philosophy it’s all about how you digest your food.

Exploration day! Today you can use the day for exploration. Go hiking, go for a surf or enjoy a relaxing massage. We close the week with a beautiful sharing circle and festive food.
