About the Masterclasses

4 Culinary Masterclasses in wich Petra will teach you all tricks & tips of the Plant-based kitchen

  1. understand the fundamentals of Plant Based Nutrition, including healthy plant-based product choices & pantry
  2. learn how to make veggies the star of your plate, create delicious sauces & master the art of beautiful plating
  3. Apply Eastern philosophies to your own life with practical tools and techniques for enhancing health and vitality. Discover simple yet powerful practices that you can incorporate into your daily routine to support holistic wellness.
  4. Fermentation & pickles: Fermented foods add depth and complexity to vegan dishes, providing a range of unique flavors and textures. Fermented foods contain beneficial probiotics, which are live microorganisms that support the health of your gut microbiome. These probiotics help improve digestion by breaking down food and promoting the absorption of nutrients. A healthy gut microbiome is essential for overall digestive health and can also boost the immune system.
